Learning to Listen on TV

Channel 5 film crew

Channel 5 have been filming with Learning to Listen over the last couple of months. The program is due to be aired on Monday 4th August 2008 at 6pm. It is an hour long documentary about Vets in the local area and we were lucky enough to be asked to show some of the most recent horses in we have been working with. Ben who has loading issues. Pandora the racehorse who has a fear of the Starting Gates and Indie who was scared of tractors. Watch to see how we tackled these everyday problems.

Horse Whispering is something that I have always been fascinated in and it was great to see this being shown on TV. It was a marvellous insight into the wonders that can be achieved.

That is actually amazing what you do.
I’ve been interested in horse whispering for a long time, and although i know a tiny bit about it, it showed that it is a rewarding thing when it goes well.
& Its sort of helped me with my horse quite alot, because we have a few problems and things, but it showed that just patience is the key.
And i really think your absaloutly incredible… If i have half the success with my horse, that you have with all of yours, i will be the happiest person in the world!

I had the pleasure to visit your school in July of this year with my friend Valeria Pendergrass. It was the highlight of my trip to England. I am a student of Social Welfare and very much interested in your work in Behavioral Management. I hope to keep in touch and am interested in any information on your program in hopes of someday in the future working on my Master’s Degree with your program. Thank you for a wonderful experience and hope to both learn from you and bring my experience to your table . Sandra Hack
