Well what a couple of days I’ve had. I hope you have all been well & enjoying the weekend. We have been mantic up here & on top of that Wiz, my son, better know as William, went flying into a wall on his bike on Sunday. Blood was everywhere! When we managed to wipe it away it was only coming from his nose thank goodness. I think he swallowed a fair bit too. Yuck. Then my niece fell off her bike. Then my older daughter Han started being sick, several times & was in loads of pain so off we went to the hospital. Well she is still there poor thing. We thought it was her appendics but now the doctors think it might be her ovaries. She is suppose to be going to Turkey with a friend & her family on Wednesday.
Well that was my Sunday - hope yours was better.
Monday 30th March
Interesting night sleep with Wiz thinking he had sharks after him! Must have seen it on Scooby Doo. Han seems better today but is having to stay in other night - can’t believe it really, poor thing.
In-between looking after my children I have been getting ready for a Warrior day tomorrow. A bit tired but really looking forward to it. Well it’s late so I’m off to bed now. Hopefully no more sharks.
Bye for now
Sarah
PS Above is a phot of my wonderful son & also wonderful mother -in-law, who I couldn’t manage without.

Hi Everyone,
We thought it would be a good idea to let you all know what we were up to as often as we could. Alex was going to let you know about some of the horses she’s working with, Sarah Mid will keep you up to date with what the school has been doing & I’ll let you know about all sorts of things I’ve got going on.
I am so excited about what we’re doing with LtL. We have a new and exciting Open Day for you this year introducing lots of new aspects for you to try out. The Warrior Programme is coming on in leaps & bounds & I am loving every second of it. I am meeting & working with some amazing people who are experiencing some real breakthroughs with our exercises with the horses. It’s truly incredible stuff. Even I’ve been crying just watching.
Well, it’s Saturady night & we’re off to a local curry night & a beer is calling.
Have a great rest of the weekend & I’ll speak to you soon.
Take care
Sarah

Three of Learning To Listen’s Introductory students, Yvonne, Tracey and Stefan passed both their theory and practical exams at the end of March.
All three worked with at least two different horses as part of the exam and undertook 3 hours of gruelling theory papers under the watchful eye of Anna Twinney and Sarah.
Congratulations to them all.

Anna Twinney, close friend of Sarah’s and well known horse trainer and animal communicator came to LTL recently to hold two clinics - one in animal communication and one in Reiki.
Both clinics were a huge success with all the students learning loads of new skills to help their animal friends.
The third day of the Reiki Clinic, Reiki for Horses, saw 19 students descend on Hill Top Farm!
Congratulations to them all for completing their certificates and thank you to Anna for two truely enlightening weekends. We hope to see her again soon.

Poppy, Learning To Listen’s long serving member, needs a loving home to retire.
Poppy is a 13.2hh Dartmoor, who at 17 years old has done her fair share of hard work and graft and would love to be a chilled out companion pony.
She is available on loan to anyone able to offer her a good home where she can relax, maybe offering the odd ride to small children.
Poppy has been used on numerous LTL kids camps, is 100% bombproof, great to handle. She is barefoot now, just trimmed regularly to keep her feet short and comfortable.
If you are interested please call Alex on 01765 689368 or email info@learningtolisten.co.uk
